Shipping and Returns
Dispatch Times: All artwork in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your order being placed.
I am offering free Canadian shipping on art prints 8x10in or smaller. I am offering free delivery, in the GTA area, for all my large paintings and framed original artwork. Please note that, due to Covid-19, I am not mailing large paintings and framed art outside of the Greater Toronto Area.
Delivery of Goods: All artwork will only be shipped once payment has been made in full. Artwork is sent via the Canada Post in the Canada. Due to Covid-19, shipping wait times vary. Thank you for your understanding.
International Buyers: If you are buying from outside of the Canada then you are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes and additional postage fees requested by customs. Should any of these charges apply to your order you will be notified by the courier before they release it for delivery.
Packaging: I use recycled packaging as much as possible when shipping orders, however if it compromises your items safe delivery then I will choose the most suitable packaging available.
I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, therefore you should read them regularly and check them before making any inquiries or purchases.
Return policy: I am working hard to create unique artwork, however if you are not completely happy with your item please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order. If agreed, a refund will be provided once the item has been returned in the same condition and packaging it was sent in. The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. This does not apply to commissioned work or sales items unless they are damaged. Postage, packaging and insurance incurred in the returns process cannot be refunded, nor the original shipping fee.
How to Return Work: Please repackage the work in the same packaging the work was sent in and contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify me that it has been shipped. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and remain responsible for the item until it has arrived safely with me. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage when you return items.
Damaged Artwork: If your item has arrived damaged please contact me at: email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item, with images and a description of the damage. I will arrange the collection of artwork, and discuss if you would like a refund or exchange. I will not refund artworks that have been damaged through wear and tear.
